- Which plan do I need?
- Every plan works on unlimited sites and servers, with any kind of login. Plans differ in how much monthly usage they include, how many automations can run and how often, how many tasks run at the same time, server administration with root/sudo (from Plus) and priority task running (Pro and Max).
- Can I get my money back?
- LayerAssist’s supplementary contractual refund offer: Yes, within 14 days of your first payment: cancel from Billing and we refund it through the payment provider, usually within a few days, minus only the cost of the AI work you actually used. After 14 days, or for a renewal, cancelling stops the next renewal and no refund is requested under this offer. Exceptions apply where required by law or where the payment provider determines otherwise under its applicable policies.
- Will I get charged extra for a big problem?
- No. There are no hourly rates and no per-fix fees — you pay the plan price.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account can try LayerAssist free for 7 days, without a credit card, once per account and email address. The trial includes the Plus plan’s features and a small amount of AI work. When it ends or its AI work is used up, choose a plan to keep going; your account, sites and settings stay.
- How does monthly usage work?
- Each plan includes an amount of AI work per month. A task uses part of it depending on how much work it takes, and you see the share on every task and in Billing. Usage resets every month, on annual plans too. We let you know at 75%, 90% and 95%. When it runs out, new tasks wait for the reset, or you can upgrade right away. There are never extra charges.
- How many sites and servers can I add?
- As many as you want, on every plan. A resource is a folder you name yourself — a website, a server, a client or a project — and it can hold any number of logins: hosting panel, FTP, SSH, WordPress, DNS and more.
- What does “no root/sudo” on Go mean?
- On Go, LayerAssist works on servers as a regular user: files, websites, databases, logs and everything your login allows. Commands that need administrator rights — root or sudo on Linux, an Administrator account on Windows — such as installing system packages or changing server settings, are included from Plus.
- What is an Automation?
- A task LayerAssist runs on its own — on a schedule, on an interval, or when a condition is met — instead of you asking for it in chat every time.
Included in every plan
Every plan includes monitors and automations. Each one counts as an active automation: 1 on Go, 3 on Plus, 10 on Pro and 50 on Max. Your plan also sets how often LayerAssist may start work on its own, from once a day up to every 15 minutes.
