Get your emails into inboxes, not spam.

When your emails land in spam or never arrive, you lose replies, orders and trust. LayerAssist checks the records, mailboxes and sending setup behind your email and fixes what keeps it out of the inbox.

At a glance

  • In chatIn chat, it checks your MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, how your site and mailboxes send mail, and why messages bounce or land in spam.
  • In chatThrough your hosting panel it can create mailboxes or reset their passwords; with a mailbox login it reads headers to see why a message was filtered. It sends a test email only when you ask.
  • AutomationAs your own automation, it can check on a schedule that your mail records are in place and your mailbox isn’t running out of space.
  • Not available yetA built-in email monitor isn’t available yet.

Email problems are invisible to the sender

When an email lands in spam, nobody tells you. Your customer just doesn’t reply, your order confirmation goes unread, your quote never gets an answer. Many businesses lose mail for months before anyone notices.

Gmail, Outlook and other providers now expect every domain to prove its emails are genuine with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Domains without them, or with them set up wrong, get filtered or rejected.

Signs of an email delivery problem

  • Replies stop coming from Gmail or Outlook users
  • Customers find your messages in their spam folder
  • Bounces that mention SPF, DKIM, DMARC or a “policy”
  • Your mailbox stops receiving, or warns that it’s full

Why emails don’t reach the inbox

Missing or broken authentication

No SPF or DKIM, an SPF record that doesn’t list every service sending for you, or a DMARC policy that rejects your own mail.

Sending from the website’s server

Mail sent straight from the web server, without proper authentication, is the first thing spam filters distrust.

Wrong MX records

MX records that point to an old host, or no MX records at all, make incoming mail bounce.

A full mailbox or a poor reputation

A mailbox over its quota rejects new mail; a domain or server that sent spam in the past gets filtered.

How LayerAssist fixes email delivery

It checks every link between your domain and your recipient’s inbox.

Checks your domain’s mail records

MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, read from the internet and compared with the services that actually send mail for you.

Reads why a message was filtered

With your mailbox connected, it reads a bounced or filtered message’s headers to see which check failed.

Fixes the setup

It corrects records where it has DNS access, sets your site to send through your mail provider and manages mailboxes in your hosting panel.

Checks the result

It reads the records again once they’re live and, if you ask, sends a test email and checks it arrives.

Example: Gmail users never get our emails

  1. You

Customers with Gmail addresses say they never get our emails. Outlook seems fine.

  2. What it checks

    • MX records: correct
    • SPF: two separate SPF records, so receivers treat both as invalid
    • DKIM: not set up for your mail provider
    • DMARC: present, monitoring only
  3. What it changes

Merged the two SPF records into one and published your mail provider’s DKIM key

  4. LayerAssist

Fixed. Your domain had two SPF records, which makes both invalid, and no DKIM signature, and Gmail rejects mail like that. I merged the SPF records into one and turned on DKIM with your mail provider. Both are live; if you like, I can send a test email to a Gmail address to confirm.

What you get

  • Your domain set up the way Gmail and Outlook expect
  • The reason for each bounce, in plain words
  • Website mail and mailbox mail fixed together
  • Records checked again after every change

Real situations

An online shop’s order emails

Order confirmations go to spam because the shop sends from its own server. LayerAssist moves sending to the shop’s mail provider and fixes SPF and DKIM.

A consultant with a full mailbox

Clients get bounces saying the mailbox is full. LayerAssist checks the quota and shows which folders take the space; the owner decides what to archive.

A newsletter that fails DMARC

Campaigns sent through a mailing service fail DMARC. LayerAssist adds the service to SPF and sets up its DKIM, so campaigns pass.

How to fix email deliverability with LayerAssist

  1. Describe what happens

In chat, write what you see: emails in spam, bounces, or mail that never arrives.

  2. Connect what it needs

Records can be read without any login. To fix them, connect your DNS or hosting panel; to read headers, a mailbox login.

  3. Let it fix and verify

It corrects the setup and checks the records are live.

  4. Keep an eye on it (optional)

Ask for a regular check of your mail records and mailbox space as your own automation.

Questions about email deliverability

Three DNS records that prove your emails are genuine. SPF lists the servers allowed to send for your domain, DKIM signs each message, and DMARC tells receivers what to do when a check fails.
